1. ORDER CANCELLATION.
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 15 minutes ( We only approve cancellation with a specific reason: Duplicated items or payment. (Ordering by mistake, comparison price to other stores or even no longer be interested will be not accepted).. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
You will have 2 options for your cancellation. The cancellation are either issued to your credit/debit card/paypal with minus 30% of your amount or as an Medic Pad – ‘Instant refund’ with 100% amount balance.
In some cases, you may be offered an “Instant refund” option to allow you to use your refund without waiting for your return to process. Refunds issued to card issuers will require an additional 5-7 business days processing time by those institutions.
• Return Unopened parcel(s):
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
• Defective item(s).
Applying items that have a warranty. If the items(s) has defectiveness, you will have up 2 days to make contact with us via our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your damaged product(s) is inspected via video which is provided by the buyer. We will send out an email to notify you that we will send you a replacement. ( Please note that we only resolve you issue within 7 days since the item is delivered)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 1 day after delivery
Once your claim is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Exchanges (if applicable)

We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment):
70% of the total bill + Shipping cost to the US. You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Note: All consumers demand related to packages ( damaged selected goods, undelivered…) will be reviewed if the buyer claims us by sending an email within 15 days since the day delivered item(s). After that Medic Pad assumes no responsibility for the buyer’s claim.
